Let the community care for people at home announce the govt, to prevent care home admissions--- and save money--.

Remember- have people had a CRB? Can they be trusted? Will old or vulnerable people, allow people to enter their home? Carers at home whether family or not, need support. Many are under stress and some resent being in that position instead of being able to have  a job and an independent life. 

Yes we do need a more compassionate community, for too long we have looked after ourselves and relied on services but we need to prepare and think about it.
